View multilingual text in the PDF output for the Simple layout

Configure a dashboard to display the tabular data containing multilingual text in the PDF output for the Simple layout to meet the needs of a global audience.

Develop dashboards by using Visual Query Builder for Release Management

While creating a custom dashboard for the Service Management query type, use the Visual Query Builder to create SQL queries for the Release Management view to analyze information about releases, such as statuses, associated incidents, and activities. Use this dashboard to monitor the release life cycle, track progress, and identify issues.

Use the updated Reporting Metadata Studio

Upgrade Reporting Metadata Studio to the latest version. The updated Reporting Metadata Studio includes support for installation on a Windows 11 system.

Select multiple variables by using delimiters

Filter data by specifying a list of variable values (separated by a comma or semicolon) in a variable selection box, which saves you time to search for and select each variable manually.

Use the enhanced BMC Table visualization plug-in

Use the enhanced BMC Table visualization plug-in to perform the following tasks:

• Display footers in exported XLS files
• Calculate minimum, maximum, and median values from within the table, apart from total and count

Add recipients to BCC while creating a report schedule

When you configure the email settings for a report schedule, add recipients to BCC to send the report to them without disclosing their email addresses to other recipients.

Configure headers for the Service Management query type

When you configure a SQL query for the Service Management query type, add headers that include additional details, such as format, locale, and time zone settings.

Use the enhanced Helix Maps visualization plug-in to perform these tasks:

• Configure the map to display the location points based on the data extent of the map layers
• Apply colors to the pointers based on value mappings

• Show or hide a field from the tooltip

Configure loading a blank dashboard

Specify whether you want to load a custom or out-of-the-box dashboard without any data in the dashboard panels. Use this configuration to minimize the dashboard load time. To view data in the panels, select the variable values and refresh the dashboard.

Filter data by status codes in the OTel Service Overview dashboard

In the OTel Service Overview dashboard, filter data according to the status codes that indicate whether trace operations succeeded or failed.

K8S Container Dashboard

Displays the following information:

• The CPU, memory, storage, and volume profiles on a Kubernetes node
• Details of the events that are related to a Kubernetes node
• The current status of a pod

Displays the following information:

• The CPU, Memory, Ephemeral storage, and Volume profiles of a Kubernetes pod
• Details of the events that are related to a Kubernetes pod
• The number of times that a pod restarted in a specified interval
• The current status of a pod.

Displays the trace statistics of a specific business service and associated namespace. 

Displays the raw trace data to analyze specific business service dependencies and bottlenecks.
