BMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard


TheBMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard displays information about the automation runs in your environment for the specified time period. For instructions about creating or editing dashboards, see Configuring dashboards, panels, and queries. For information about dashboard concepts, see Setting up dashboards.

Important

Only a tenant administrator can view the Value dashboard.

To launch the Value dashboard from the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation console, click the Report tab. The dashboard opens in the BMC Helix Dashboards console. 

To view the dashboard

  1. On the left navigation pane, hover your mouse over the Dashboards icon dashboard_icon_dec_push.png and click Manage.
  2. Click the Intelligent Automation folder and then click Intelligent Automation Value Dashboard.

    Tip: Quick access from the home page

    To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the Home page.

The following figure shows the statistics for the automation runs in the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard, including total unique automations, automation runs, successful and failed automation runs, and top ten automation runs in your environment in the last 2 days. The dashboard also shows the time and cost that you have saved due to these automation runs.

Panels in the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard

The following table describes the panels in the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard:

Displays the total number of unique automations executed in your environment for the selected date and time range.

Automation run statistics by number

Displays the number of automation runs for the selected date and time range based on the following status values:

  • Successful
  • Failed

Automation run statistics by percentage

Displays the percentage of successful and failed automation runs for the selected date and time range through a pie chart.

Time and cost saved

Displays the time and cost that has been saved due to these automation runs for the selected date and time range.

Top ten automation policy runs

Displays the top ten automations and their automation runs for the selected date and time range through a bar graph. If a policy is renamed, the Top Ten Automation Policy Runs widget show both the previous and the current policy names.
