Search for groups, roles, or users in notification profiles
When you update the recipients of a notification profile, search for specific groups, roles, or users. For more information, see Managing-notification-profiles.

Enhancements to the email notification template editor
The following updates to the email notification template editor are available:
- Save an email template notification in Draft mode. After reviewing the changes, you can publish it at any time. Use the additional formatting, such as text alignment, to present the content in the required format in the notification.
- Preview the email notification before sending it.
- Send a test email to view the format and verify the content of the email notification.

Access the Audit dashboard from Portal console
Click the Reports menu to access the Helix Audit dashboard in BMC Helix Dashboards. For more information, see Viewing-audit-records-in-BMC-Helix-Dashboards.
Access self-help resources with in-app help
In-app help is available from a floating widget at the bottom of every screen. Click the self-help widget to access a product tour, interactive guides, instructions for setting up and going live, and more. In addition, you can continue to find answers to your questions in the online documentation or in our YouTube playlist

Consent for data collection
When you log on to BMC Helix Portal as a tenant administrator, select whether you want to allow the product to collect information about your product usage. For more information, see Setting-up-and-going-live.
