Installer fails on Windows

Installation of Compliance Content libraries on the Windows Appserver fails with the Could not parse operating system. uname -s returned or the MINIMUM_OM_VERSION_NOT_DETECTED error message.

To resolve this problem, restart the RSCD agent and re-install the Compliance Content libraries.
