Installation is unresponsive
Installation of Compliance Content libraries is unresponsive (that is, the installation wizard hangs) for a long time, and does not complete successfully.
To resolve this issue, ensure that you are running the installer on the BMC Server Automation Application Server, and not on a host computer for any other product component.
