Integrating with BMC Digital Workplace
When you use the BMC Digital Workplace (formerly called BMC MyIT) and BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management integration, Digital Workplace users can view and request the available virtual machine offerings. Users can create groups and add them to BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management offerings, which users can access in Digital Workplace's Unified Catalog. After an offering is provisioned, users can view the provisioned services in the Service Health (renamed to My Stuff starting from version 3.0) tab, in the Digital Workplace client. If a user clicks a service, a BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management window opens where the user can manage the service. Pending, Failed, and other status messages appear in the user's Digital Workplace timeline.
