Accessing dashboard chart view options

Dashboard charts provide several viewing options.

To access the options

From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Dashboard.

  • To view a chart in full-screen mode, click Full Screen fullscreen.gifin the upper-right corner of the chart. Press Esc to exit full-screen mode.
  • To view detailed data points in a chart, place your mouse pointer over a data point.
     The annotation for the data point is displayed:

  • To zoom in on a specific part of a chart:
    1. Click Display Options displayoptionsbtn.gifin the lower-left corner of the chart.
       The display options are displayed.

    2. Click Magnify magnify.gif.
    3. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the outlined selection area over the part of the chart that you want to magnify.
    4. Release the left mouse button.
       The selected part of the chart is magnified.
  • To zoom out, click Demagnify demagnify.gif.
  • To display the legend for the chart:
    1. Click Display Options displayoptionsbtn.gifin the lower-left corner of the chart.
       Display options are displayed.

    2. Click Show Legend.
       The legend is displayed at the right side of most charts, but pie charts display legends at the bottom.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
