Sharing services from the My Cloud Services Console
If you are a service offering instance owner, you can share the service offering instance with cloud users in your tenant to enable access to commonly required service offering instances. When you share service offering instances among cloud users, they get the privileges to perform all the actions, such as starting, stopping, or decommissioning services. When a service offering instance is shared, quota is neither affected nor shared with other cloud users.
