    /u01/bmc/bladelogic/CM/rcp/bsaclient.sh

  5. Select the profile in the profiles list, and then verify the existing authentication profile details.

To create a template in the vCenter server

  1. From the BMC Compact RDS host or from the CLM-BSA host (Small RDS), verify that the vCenter and any templates to be provisioned have been updated with the latest RSCD agent and that the RSCD agent is licensed.
    Use the 8.5.00.416
version of the RSCD agent. For more information, see the BMC Server Automation documentation, for example, Installing-the-Windows-agent-on-the-vCenter-server.
  1. Ensure that no antivirus software is installed on templates that are created for provisioning.
  2. Shut down the VM that you are using as your template.

    Warning

Do not power off the VM from the vCenter console. Unexpected results can occur if you power off instead of shutting down.

  3. Right-click the VM and select Template > Convert to Template.
