Logging on to My Cloud Services Console


You log on to BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management — My Cloud Services Console to request, monitor, and change cloud service instances available from the catalog of choices specified for you by your cloud administrator.

Before you begin

Contact your cloud administrator for the user name, password, and URL that you use to access My Cloud Services Console.

To log on to My Cloud Services Console by using a browser

  1. Enter the following URL in your browser's address bar:
     http://webServer:port/arsys/
    • webServer is the fully qualified name of the BMC Remedy Mid Tier system, specified in the format serverName.company.com.
    • port is a port number that you must include in the URL if your web server does not use the default port (port 80).
  2. When the BMC Remedy Action Request System logon screen appears, as shown in the following figure, enter your user name and password and click Log In:

    Note

    For security reasons, BMC Remedy Action Request System does not let you log on using a password stored in your browser.

  3. From the vertical navigation menu on the left side of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management home page, click Applications > BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management > BMC My Cloud Services Console:
