Verifying DSO and providers
As part of the post-installation configuration, perform the following tasks.
To verify that BMC Remedy DSO is working
- Log in to the BMC AR System Server - Cloud Database primary host with the BMC Remedy User client or a browser.
- Open the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console.
- Select Application > Users > Users.
- Search for the cloud administrator user that you just created.
If the cloud administrator user is present, Distributed Server Option (DSO) is working correctly.
To check that the providers are present
- From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Providers.
- Under Compute, verify that BMC Service Automation is present.
- Under Network, verify that BMC Network Automation is present.
