Weblogic with Oracle11g ZipKit

Weblogic with Oracle11g is a combination of free, open source software. The principal components are to build a viable general purpose web server.

Oracle 11g and WebLogic 12c packages are copyrighted packages. You need to download these packages separately. See Where to download for details.

Weblogic with Oracle11g ZipKit deployment model

The Weblogic with Oracle11g ZipKit supports multi-tier service deployment model. In the multi-tier deployment model, WebLogic is installed on one instance of a server and Oracle is installed on a separate instance of a server.

The following topics describe how to use the ZipKit to create a service offering that deploys Weblogic with Oracle11g on Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 6.2 (RHEL 6.2).
