Getting started with VDI Orchestration ZipKit
The VDI Orchestration ZipKit facilitates requests for virtual desktops from a self-service interface. It also provides the flexibility to perform postprovisioning change requests on the provisioned virtual desktop. The ZipKit orchestrates the request-to-fulfillment process and provides request process, approval process, change process, and fulfillment workflow, as well as a way to request the addition of users to and removal of users from the provisioned desktop.
Step 1 - User requests a VDI service from the service catalog Step 2 - System generates the approval request Step 3 - Manager approves the request Step 4 - System automatically provisions the VDI service Step 5 - System automatically alerts about the VDI service status Step 6 - User accesses the VDI service |
