Prerequisites for importing an SRD for another company

To import an SRD for another operating company, perform the following tasks:

1. Create an operational company.
2. Create the operational category, people, support group and so on for the same company. See to select tenant's entitlement packages for details.
3. You must change the templates corresponding to the company Calbro Services. Perform the following steps:
   1. Navigate to BMC Remedy AR system's Application Administrator console. Now click Custom Configuration > Change Management > Template > Template option, as shown in the figure below:

   1. Select the Citrix VDI Change Template with Approval template and set the company details with the new company name in the following tabs:
      1. In the Authoring For Groups tab, as shown in the figure below, change the Authoring Company from Calbro Services to the new company name:
      2. In the Classification tab, change the company name from Calbro Services to the new company name.
      3. Click Save.

   1. Repeat step b procedure for changing the company details in the Citrix Provision a Virtual Desktop - Preapproved change template.

2. You must now assign people for the Infrastructure Change Manager and Task Assignee roles for this new company. Perform the following steps:
    

   Assignment refers to whom should the change request be assigned once it is created. There are different processes or algorithms for assignment like Round Robin and so on. This setting is available at Custom Configuration > Change Management > Advanced Options >Rules > Assignment Engine Integration option.

   1. Navigate to the BMC Remedy AR system's Application Administrator console. Now click the Custom Configuration > Foundation > Configure Assignment > Configure Application Assignment option, as shown in the figure below:
      

   1. Select the Infrastructure Change Coordinator event and in the Configure Assignment screen, as shown in the figure below, change the company details in the Assignment section.
      

   1. Select the Task Assignee event and in the Configure Assignment screen, as shown in the figure below, change the company details in the Assignment section.
      

   1. Click Save.
3. You must now configure the task management details for this new company. Perform the following steps:
   1. Navigate to the BMC Remedy AR system's Application Administrator console. Now click the Custom Configuration > Task Management System > Assignment > Assignment Configuration option, as shown in the figure below:

   1. In the Assignment Configuration screen, set the company and process name correctly, as shown in the figure below:
