Managing service offerings

In this final phase, you prepare and initiate the service offering request. When reviewing the service blueprint requirements, not all blueprint features are supported and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances have special requirements. For example, you specify CPU count and RAM value (in MB) to match the available Amazon Machine Image (AMI) variants.

To enable remote access and software deployment on an Amazon EC2 instance, you have the option of creating a BladeLogic Deploy Job for adding a local user and password.
