VMware vCloud integration enhancements

VMware vCloud integration is available as an out-of-the-box provider type. To learn about integrating with VMware vCloud, see Configuring-a-VMware-vCloud-instance.

VMWare vCloud integration includes the following capabilities:

  • Onboarding VMware vCloud Director (vCD) Organization Virtual Data Centers (Org vDC) into BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management
  • Mapping vCloud users to BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management tenants in a logical hosting environment
  • Autogenerating service blueprints for vApp template-based service offerings
  • Creating vCloud-based service offerings in the service catalog
  • Provisioning vCloud Director-based service offering instances
