Configuring IBRSD integration

Use the following procedure to configure Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk (IBRSD).

Before you begin

See Configuring-BMC-Atrium-CMDB-integration-with-BMC-ProactiveNet.

To configure integration for IBRSD

  1. Ensure that Remedy Service Desk is installed.
  2. Ensure that the AR Module of IBRSD is installed.
  3. Run the BMC Atrium CMDB integration tool.
  4. In the following files, edit the value of the ARSServerName parameter to be the name of the AR System server that IBRSD must communicate with:
    • <$IBRSD_HOME>/conf/IBRSD.conf
    • <$IBRSD_HOME>/conf/IBRSD.dir
