Installing and upgrading to 2.1 SP2

To install or upgrade BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management version 2.1 SP2:

1. Access the BMC Customer Support Electronic Product Download (EPD) website.
2. Click the Product Patches tab and search for BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management.
3. Open the following folders:
   • BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management
     • BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 2.1.00
       • BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 2.1.00 SP2
4. Download the files in the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 2.1.00 SP2.
5. For new installations, see Installing, then apply the hotfixes.
   1. Apply the BMC Atrium Core hotfixes, as described in Applying the BMC Atrium Core hotfixes.
   2. Apply the BMC Remedy hotfixes, as described in Applying BMC Remedy hotfixes.
   3. Apply the required hotfixes for 2.1 SP2, as described in Applying-hotfixes-to-SP2-for-2-1-00.
