Cloud tenant administrator - using My Cloud Services Console
This topic provides an overview of how you use the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management — My Cloud Services Console. From this console, you view and monitor the requested and approved services of cloud end users in your organization. You can also manage virtual load balancers and firewalls for your end users.
When you log on to My Cloud Services Console, the default view displays a central Service Instances pane:
The Service Instances pane displays a list of the service requests pending approval and the approved services for each cloud end user in your organization. The pane also displays details about these pending and approved services, such as its status and the date on which the service ends. You use these details to monitor cloud usage for your organization. For more information about monitoring cloud usage, see Monitoring cloud services in your organization.
In addition to the Service Instances pane, My Cloud Services Console offers these expandable panes that display additional information about the cloud environment for your organization:

- Details
- Pending Activity
Overview pane
Accessed by clicking the Expand Overview icon on the left side of the window, the Overview pane displays the status and number of services, requests for services, and the resources in use by cloud end users in your organization. By clicking a numerical count to the right of a service, request, or resource, you drill down and obtain more detailed information.
Details pane
Accessed by clicking the Expand Details icon on the right side of the window, the Details pane displays detailed information about a service that you select (highlight) in the Service Instances pane.
Pending Activity pane
Accessed by clicking the arrows next to Pending Activity at the bottom of the window, this pane displays pending service requests and their status for cloud end users in your organization while their service requests are processed. If a service request fails, click the Advanced Error Information icon
to see details about the error.
