Licensing fails while installing RSCD Agent

If you enter the wrong BMC BladeLogic User credentials to install and license the RSCD Agent, the installer will stop working. The RSCD Agent installs, but licensing fails.

To license the RSCD Agent using the NSH shell

1. Do not cancel the installer.
2. On the installer computer, start the NSH Network Shell.
    For example, on Windows, go to Start -> Programs -> BMC Software -> BladeLogic Server Automation Suite -> Network Shell.
3. In the NSH shell, enter the following command to license the RSCD Agent on the target computer:
   autolic BBSASupportUserName BBSASupportUserPassword hostToLicense
    For example:
   autolic sonali 789sonali myHost
4. In the installer, click Previous to return to the earlier page.
5. Click Next.
    The installer automatically detects that the target computer has the RSCD Agent installed and licensed, and skips the RSCD installation.
6. Continue with the product installation.
