Service request IDs do not have the REQ prefix


Generated service request IDs for service provisioning do not have the required REQ prefix.

Workaround

  1. Connect to the Enterprise AR server using BMC Developer Studio.
  2. Switch to Base Development mode by selecting File > Switch Mode.
  3. Rename the following filter:
    • Current name: 


      SRS:ADN:ServiceCall_INIT_SetRequestNumber
    • New name: 


      SRS:ADN:ServiceCall_INIT_SetRequestNumber`!
