Viewing and working with service instances
To view services that have been requested by cloud end users:
- From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Service Instances.
The BMC My Cloud Services Console is displayed along with all of the active service requests.
- Request services as described in Requesting-cloud-services.
- Manage services as described in Managing cloud services.
If the BMC BladeLogic Server Automation host is down during a service instance decommission request, the decommission will finish; however, VMs associated with the service instance may not be deleted from Virtual Center and may continue to run outside of BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management's knowledge and control.
To delete these "orphaned" VMs, use the associated hypervisor software to delete the VMs manually.
