Installing the application if BMC Remedy Encryption Security is activated

This section discusses activation and deactivation of BMC Remedy Encryption Security on the BMC Remedy AR System server.

If you have activated BMC Remedy Encryption Security, you must deactivate it before you install the application. Installing the application on an encrypted BMC Remedy AR System server is not supported.
