BMC Remedyforce is a cumulative release and includes the enhancements that were provided in version (Spring 15). For more information, see 20.15.02 enhancements.

The Japanese documentation for BMC Remedyforce is available as follows:

  • (For all users) In a PDF that contains all of the content in the online documentation
  • (For Self Service users only) In a PDF that contains only the content needed to use the Self Service application

In the Japanese locale within the product, all help links open the Japanese PDFs page of the online documentation. From the table on this page, you can open the appropriate PDF.

The Japanese PDFs are also available on the PDFs page. To access the known and corrected issues in version (Spring15), you must download the BMC Remedyforce 20.15.02_JA.pdf file from the Translated content table on the PDFs page.

Corrected issues

BMC will automatically push version (Spring 15 Patch 1) to the following organizations on the scheduled dates for the Spring 15 Automatic Upgrade. For more information, see Release schedules.

  • All sandbox and production organizations on version (Spring 15), (Spring 15 Emergency Patch 1), or (Spring 15 Emergency Patch 2).
  • All sandbox and production organizations on version 20.15.01 (Winter 15) and its patches.
    You must verify that the upgrade was successful and then perform the appropriate post-upgrade procedures. For more information, see Verifying the self-upgrade or automatic upgrade of your organization.


You can self-upgrade organizations that are on version 20.15.01 or earlier by manually installing the BMC Remedyforce managed package that is available on Salesforce AppExchange. For more information, see Self-upgrading by installing the managed package.
