Using BMC Helix Integration Service to integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications by using BMC Helix Integration Service. It is a cloud-based solution that enables you to design and automate event-driven tasks across applications. You can connect multiple applications in a single flow, and configure the flow to accomplish a business goal.

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, along with BMC Helix Integration Service, provides out-of-the-box flows and connectors that you can use to integrate BMC Helix ITSM with a third-party application. The flows contain data like field mappings and trigger conditions that you can configure as per your requirements. You also use the out-of-the-box connectors for the corresponding integrations.
