Salesforce Service Cloud integration reference
As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Salesforce Service Cloud to synchronize BMC Helix ITSM incidents and Service Cloud cases by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your agents can easily track and collaborate on user issues in both the applications.
To integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Service Cloud, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform.
Important
In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Service will be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for Salesforce Service Cloud until further update from BMC Product Management. See Product announcements for details.
