Jira Service Desk integration reference

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Jira Service Management (formerly known as Jira Service Desk) to consolidate and broker tickets between BMC Helix ITSM and Jira Service Management by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. 

To integrate BMC Helix ITSM and Jira Service Management, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform. 

Important

In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Service will be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for Jira Service Management until further update from BMC Product Management. See Product announcements for details.
