AWS integration reference
As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with AWS Support to create AWS Support tickets from BMC Helix ITSM incidents by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your agents can track user issues easily in AWS Support.
To integrate BMC Helix ITSM with AWS Support, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform.
In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Service will be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for AWS Support until further update from BMC Product Management.
