Live Chat 19.08

Upgrading

Live Chat version 19.08 is available as as a deployment package, instead of an installer. As an administrator, you can upgrade from BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02 to Live Chat version 19.08. 

Important

  • After deploying the Live Chat 19.08 deployment package, certain features from BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02 are disabled and cannot be enabled. See the list of deprecated and unavailable features.
  • If required, a rollback option is available for the Live Chat 19.08 deployment.

BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02.

Planning

After you are on BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02 and completed the tasks in the Planning section, deploy Live Chat version 19.08.
