Installing

Live Chat version 19.08 is available as a deployment package. To install Live Chat version 19.08, an administrator must complete the tasks in the following process:

Process for installing Live Chat version 19.08

If you want to perform a fresh install of Live Chat version 19.08, first install

BMC Virtual Chat 9.1.02.

  • To configure basic startup options for the Self Service Portal, see Configuring application components

If you have BMC Virtual Chat  version 9.1.01 or earlier, upgrade to

BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02.

After you have installed or upgraded to BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02, deploy Live Chat version 19.08.
