Software recommendations for using text-to-speech readers

To ensure the best performance when you use BMC Remedy ITSM applications with the Freedom Scientific JAWS screen-reading software, the following software packages are required:

  • One of the following operating systems:
    • Microsoft Windows XP, 32-bit only
    • Microsoft Vista, 32-bit or 64-bit (Enterprise, Business, Ultimate)
    • Microsoft Windows 7, 32-bit or 64-bit (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.1
  • JAWS screen reader 11.x
