Hello, Can we make a note here that there are no two separate components for Process Designer that needs to be installed with 8.3.4 version as we do for Process Designer 8.3.3 and 8.3.2.

    In earlier version, we have

    1) PDICT ( Process Designer Integration and Configuration Tool )

    2) Process designer Server

With 8.3.4, we clubbed both installer together.

This will remove confusion among the customer as I received comment from customer that they were trying to find Process Designer server version which they will not be able to see (smile)

Also, about Unix, I can only see the Installer for Linux and windows listed? Does this mean, we are not supporting Process designer install against Solaris, AIX, HP-UX?

      Hi Vaibhav,

Process designer installation is not supported against Solaris, AIX, HP-UX. However, if you need to, you will have to install PD remotely which again BMC does not support.

      Thanks,

      Hemant
