You can have only one version of the Installation Utility in a repository. So, by default it will take the latest version of the Installation Utility. Although the Installation Utility is available for selection in the Package Solution Page, it is not required to select it.

What should be downloaded from EPD to update the Installation Utility in TrueSight repository?

Serach for Infrastructure Management-Patrol Repository on the EPD and download 11.3 version to upgrade it as a single solution.

Is Installation utility v11.3 compatible with TrueSight v10.7?

Yes, it is compatible with TrueSight v10.7.

If I upload the latest Infrastructure Management repo version 11.3 to the TrueSight repository and a create PATROL Agent package, will it consider the latest Installation Utility version?

When you are uploading the Installation Utility, the new Installation Utility will overwrite the existing version of the utility on the repository.
