Troubleshooting

Knowledge workers can view troubleshooting information in the help articles hosted on the ComAround Knowledge portal. The portal is powered with Microsoft Azure cognitive search, which ensures that you can find the relevant help articles easily and the search results improve over time.

As a knowledge worker, an error is generated when you try to upload a video to a knowledge article. To look for troubleshooting information, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ComAround Knowledge Open link

    Important

    To access ComAround Knowledge Open link , you must first subscribe to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround. You can purchase the standalone Open link subscription or with BMC Helix Virtual Agent Basic Open link and Advanced Open link licenses.

  2. On the Home page, select Settings Help

  3. Enter the search term - error uploading video
    You can also filter or browse for a relevant article. 
  4. From the results, locate the appropriate articles, as in the following example:
