Send short URLs in chatbot channels

Configure Google Firebase to send short URLs for service requests and knowledge articles to improve the chatbot end users' experience in WhatsApp and SMS.

Add comments or attach files to a service request from chatbot

End users can add comments and attach files to a service request from the chatbot without navigating to BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced. End users can also view existing comments and attachments from chatbot.

Enable or disable notifications from chatbot

As an administrator or business analyst, enable or disable notifications from chatbot. End users can view and dismiss in-app notifications or broadcasts from chatbot without navigating to BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced.
