Operating system requirements for on-premises connectors

For connecting with on-premises applications by using the remote plugin, the following operating systems are certified:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Enterprise
• CentOS 7 

Port requirements

For connecting with on-premises applications by using the plugin installer, ensure that port number 443 is accessible from the server to the BMC Helix Intelligent Automation cloud services where the plugin is running.
