Using BMC Helix Digital Workplace to request services

As an end user, use BMC Helix Digital Workplace to request for services that help you accomplish your tasks. You can request for various services; for example, applying for a leave, requesting an IT asset, requesting access to the guest wi-fi. Only the services that your administrator has added in the product are available to you for use.

In addition to requesting for services, you can leverage advanced features that are available in the product. By using these features, you can easily manage and complete your activities, and save time that you can use for other core tasks.
