We have found that A Problem User without the Problem Coordinator Role is not able to move the Problem to "under investigation" for their own assigned group. If someone else with this role moves the ticket to Under Investigation then the Problem User can continue to move the Problem through it's lifecycle until closed. Is this a known issue?
I'll check with my team to see what is known about this. Thanks for letting us know about it.
Hi Patrick,
One of our architect/engineer has looked into this problem. While he was not able to reproduce it in his environment, he thinks that the problem, as you have described it, it is a defect. The best thing to do is to submit a defect report on this.
Thanks.
What was the outcome of this? I am having the same issue
