This search can be useful to find the connection errors that might occur due to various reasons. For example, network problems or when the client application disconnects abruptly without logging out properly.

This search can be useful to find the connection timeout errors that might occur due to various reasons. For example, if the client application gets disconnected because of remaining idle for a very long time or problems related to client synchronization in a cluster environment.

Contains data collector templates that can be used for collecting data from the Sybase database error logs.

The data collector templates collect data from the following location:

$SYBASE_HOME/${PROFILE}/

In the preceding location path, {PROFILE} is a variable macro value. 

This is a macro contained in the collection profile. You can provide an appropriate value for the macro. By doing this, the resulting data collectors will automatically collect data from the particular directory locations.
