The following table provides a list of content packs supported with different versions of the TrueSight IT Data Analytics (or IT Data Analytics) product.
You can download these content packs from the BMC Software Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website. For more information, see Downloading the content pack files.
On the EPD website, after you navigate to the IT Data Analytics content packs under the Components View, you can see that the downloading files are available under the Products tab. By default, the Products tab filters on the latest version. The Version list displays the list of dates displayed in the format, "YY.MM". For example, 20.14.12 indicates December 2014.
These dates represent the date on which the content packs are updated on the EPD website. You can change the version to see the content packs that are updated on an older date.
Recommendation
Sometimes you might find more than one copy of the same content pack. This means you might find more than one copy for monitoring the same product logs.
BMC recommends you to use the latest copy of the content pack available.

You can filter the items in the table by typing the content pack name in the Content pack name on EPD box.

We have a lot customer use MS SQL but seems we don't have content pack for MS SQL. May I know the roadmap or the reason why we don't create it?

Can ITDA be configured to collect logs directly from a Log Management System or Aggregator (such as DataDog, Splunk, Loggly, etc.)? This would be instead of having to collect the logs from each host individually and relying on the LMS as the central source of all logs.

ITDA can be configured to collect logs directly from a Log Management System or Aggregator. This can be achieved by configuring a Script output type data collector.
The script for reading logs from LMS needs to be developed externally.
