Configuring Oracle database and connecting SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise
You can use Oracle client or a JDBC driver to connect SAP BusinessObjects with Oracle database. Perform the following steps to configure Oracle client, JDBC driver, and connect SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise to collect data.
- Configure Oracle client or a JDBC driver.
- If you have not imported BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management universe and reports during the installation of BMC ProactiveNet Report Engine, import them into SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise manually.
- Connect SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise to the database.
