Quick start for customer administrators
As a customer administrator, you entitle services to the users in your organization. Review this quick start for an introduction to your role and the functions you perform.
Basic concepts for a customer administrator
The catalog administrator of the managed service provider company must select a user from the list of users belonging to their customers to be an administrator.
As a customer administrator, you can view all the services that are entitled to your organization, and create virtual marketplaces to distribute services to your end-users. If your catalog administrator enabled credit management, you can also view the credit balance that is calculated based on the credit-based pricing used for the services created by your managed service provider.
