Through templates, Azure Resource Manager gives developers and systems administrators an easy way to create and manage a collection of related Azure resources, provisioning, and updating them in an orderly and predictable fashion.

This topic describes how to enable end users to deploy Azure resources from Azure Resource Manager (with or without templates) by creating a custom provider. 

This topic describes the process for obtaining a Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret so that BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management can work with the Azure Resource Manager SDK.
