Creating memory and CPU options and option choices for the Cisco HCS Provider

BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management administrators can create memory and CPU options so that the Cisco HCS end users can modify the memory and CPU configurations after a virtual machine (VM) is provisioned.

  • For the memory option, you can create options of memory size based on the allowed memory sizes in the Cisco HCS template. For example, Microsoft Windows  VMs in the Cisco HCS Provider can be created with a minimum memory size of 4096 MB.
  • For the CPU option, you can also create options based on the Cisco HCS template.
