The following table lists the error number, message type, message text, description, and solution for each CMDB Impact Simulator error.

0 | Error | No error | Zero indicates No error returned in the code, and users rarely see this error. You only see it if there is a mistake in the logging. | You can safely ignore this error. |
191000 | Error | Loop detected in model. | CMDB Impact Simulator returns an error message if the AIS cell finds an unsupported loop in the model. | Remove the loop in your model; loops in your model can cause an unpredictable result. Review the ais.log to find the actual CIs that create the error. |
191002 | Error | AIS plug-in encountered an authentication error when trying to connect to the AR server. | You typically see this error if the password has been recently changed and the Remedy Action Request System server has not yet been restarted. The old password is still in use. |

191005 | Error | Timeout querying the CMDB. | One of the possible causes for this timeout error might be that the BMC CMDB or Remedy AR System server has stopped responding. |
