Upgrade process overview for the TrueSight Operations Management solution
Before starting the upgrade process, review the process flow diagram and the upgrade details described in the table that follows. Upgrade all components in your current environment before installing any new components that are licensed for your use.
Note
In addition to the normal upgrade process for the solution components, this upgrade requires the following steps:
- Installation of Remedy Single Sign-On and migration of user data from Atrium Single Sign-On
- Migration of TrueSight Presentation Server data to support architectural changes to this core component
Make sure that you back up the current version of the product before you start the upgrade process.
