Onboarding and implementing

BMC Helix Dashboards is a SaaS service on the BMC Helix Portal that you can use to create interactive dashboards for your environment. 

This section provides an overview of the tasks that you need to perform to get started with BMC Helix Dashboards.

Important: BMC Helix ITSM Permissions

Only the following license type users from BMC Helix ITSM is allowed to log in to BMC Helix Dashboards: Fixed, Floating, and Bundled. For more information, see License types for users. .
