Installing BMC Remedy ITSM Process  Designer

With BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer, a common installer is introduced to install both the Process Designer Integration and Configuration Tool (PDICT) and Process Designer server.

You can also perform a silent installation of BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer.

Note

You cannot uninstall BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer. The uninstall option for Process Designer has been discontinued since 8.3.04 release.
