Planning Tools Server
Set up a tools server where you can install data migration and related utilities.

HDM Engine requires a locally accessible file system to hold export files. Make sure that at least one volume has sufficient space to hold the export data files.) For more information, see System requirements.

- Download and install AR Import, see Importing data into forms by using Data Import .
- Download and install BMC Digital Workplace OnPrem Data Migration Tool (Data Migration utility)
Make sure that you download the latest version of the Data Migration utility. - Download the BMC Helix Digital Workplace OnPrem Data Migration Tool file from EPD.
Access the EPD website by providing your BMC Support credentials and complete the Export Compliance Form, if prompted.
