Installing
When installing the BMC Helix Service Management on-premises, first plan the installation and make sure that you have reviewed the requirements in the Planning section.
Perform the following installation tasks in the order listed.

2 | Prepare for the installation by setting up the database, downloading the installation artifacts, setting up the BMC Deployment Engine, and obtaining application license keys. | |
3 | Install the BMC Helix Innovation Suite platform and applications components by using Jenkins pipelines. | |
4 | Obtain the BMC Helix Innovation Suite licenses and the licenses for the applications that you want to use. | |
5 | Activate the application license keys so that you can access the installed applications. | |
6 | Complete the postinstallation configurations. | |
7 | Apply security certificates to your application to communicate with third-party services. | |
8 | Customize applications with custom images, logos, and design styles to brand your applications. |
